QA Engineer

The R&D center is located in a prime high-tech hub in Central Israel and operates a hybrid work model with one day remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Quality Assurance: Leading manual testing efforts for complex Web and Mobile (iOS/Android) platforms within a multidisciplinary ecosystem.
• Hardware-Software Integration: Taking ownership of the software quality for autonomous drone units, including field testing and real-world system verification.
• Agile Execution: Working as part of a specialized QA team of four, reporting to a Team Lead, and utilizing Jira, Xray, or TestRail for comprehensive test management.
• Operational Mobility: Conducting on-site field tests to validate software performance in diverse environmental conditions (requires a valid driver's license and vehicle).
• Global Impact: Ensuring the reliability of a high-scale production system used by major international enterprises across multiple industries.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partnering with R&D and Product teams to drive quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a QA Engineer with a focus on Web and/or Mobile testing – Mandatory.
• Mobile Testing Expertise: Hands-on experience with iOS and/or Android environments – Mandatory.
• Complex Systems Testing: Proven track record in manual testing of large-scale, integrated software systems – Mandatory.
• Academic/Formal Training: B.A./B.Sc. degree or formal certification in software testing – Mandatory.
• Test Management Tools: Experience working with Jira and tools like Xray or TestRail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills – Mandatory.
• Field Readiness: Valid driver's license and vehicle for field testing operations – Mandatory.
