NPI & Product Support Engineer

AudioCodes is looking for an NPI & Product Support Engineer to join our NPI and Product Engineering group.

In this role, you will be responsible for the technical readiness of AudioCodes products throughout their lifecycle — from New Product Introduction (NPI), through software releases, manufacturing, and post-production support.

This is an internal-facing role, working closely with R&D, Operations, QA, and manufacturing partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support NPI activities across AudioCodes products
• Own the technical readiness and validation of software releases
• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams, including R&D, QA, and manufacturing
• Perform deep root-cause analysis for hardware and software issues
• Support repair processes for failed boards, including hands-on technical investigation
• Take responsibility for the technical performance of subcontractor teams (e.g., Flex China)
• Ensure alignment and accuracy of hardware, software, and BOMs across products
• Own and maintain high-quality technical documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing stability
  
  

• Up to 5 years of experience.
• Practical Engineer (B.Sc. in Engineering – advantage)
• Strong knowledge of networking protocols (advanced level)
• Solid understanding of hardware/software systems and product-level troubleshooting
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently
• Team player with excellent cross-functional communication skills
