Algorithm Engineer

The company is located in Central Israel (prime location with direct train access) and operates a hybrid work model with two days remote flexibility.

Role Overview:

• End-to-End Algorithmic Research: Taking full ownership of complex algorithm development, from problem definition and literature review to PoC and performance evaluation.
• Advanced R&D: Conducting hands-on research in Deep Learning and Reinforcement Learning to build innovative solutions for non-trivial computer vision challenges.
• Multidisciplinary Integration: Developing and integrating algorithms across multiple environments, ensuring high-performance execution and scalability.
• High-Level Collaboration: Working alongside one of Israel’s most prestigious research teams to push the boundaries of Signal Processing and Machine Learning.
• Technical Execution: Utilizing a modern tech stack centered on Python and C++ to deliver production-grade algorithmic components.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Engineering or Exact Sciences (M.Sc./Ph.D. – a significant advantage) – Mandatory.
• 3+ years of professional experience in Algorithm Development – Mandatory.
• Practical expertise in Deep Learning and Computer Vision – Mandatory.
• Advanced Python capabilities; experience with C++ – Significant Advantage.
• Background in Signal Processing and Machine Learning methodologies.
• Proven autodidactic capabilities with a focus on rapid learning and innovative problem-solving.
