Legal Counsel (Temporary Position)

LiveU is a global hi-tech leader in live IP-video solutions. We provide a cutting-edge ecosystem of hardware, cloud, and SaaS platforms that power the world’s most compelling live moments. We are seeking a talented, highly motivated in-house Legal Counsel to join our legal team at our Kfar Sava HQ.

Hybrid work model. Temporary position, maternity leave replacement (9 months).

As part of your role, you will:

• Provide legal support to LiveU entities worldwide.
• Work closely across multiple departments such as sales, procurement, product and R&D to provide professional legal and business guidance and advice on different legal and regulatory matters.
• Negotiate, draft, and review a wide variety of commercial agreements.
• Create and maintain standard templates.
• Advise various stakeholders of potential risks in contractual, financial and legal areas and propose risk mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate and build valuable relationships across the company, including with outside counsels in multiple jurisdictions.
• Support, implement and improve internal processes and procedures, including AI and compliance.
• Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in commercial or technology departments at a leading law firm or a global hi-tech company.
• Law degree (LLB or equivalent foreign degree) and membership in the Israeli Bar Association.
• Full professional English proficiency (written and verbal) – A must.
• Proven expertise in negotiating and drafting complex commercial agreements.
• Business-oriented and tech-savvy, with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS, Cloud, and licensing agreements – Major advantage.
• Knowledge of global data protection regulations (GDPR, etc.) – Advantage.
