Site Logistics Coordinator

Site Logistics Contractor – Data Center Support- 6 + month contract role - $200-$260p/day - Tel Aviv, Israel

Our client is looking for an experienced Site Logistics Contractor to add to their team. This individual will support logistics operations on-site, ensuring efficient material handling, inventory accuracy, and timely support of ongoing projects and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Delivery and Material Handling

• Receive incoming deliveries in the data center both physically and systematically
• Handle receiving of devices and consumables
• Secure and store materials appropriately at the time of delivery
• Perform ad-hoc shipment expediting and physical material verification through warehouses

Storage and Project Prep

• Maintain and organize on-site storage areas
• Create physical project pallets for deployment
• Pull, prep, and coordinate shipments of materials to other sites or warehouses

Operational Support

• Support and escalate urgent data center operations material requests
• Assist with miscellaneous and emergent logistics needs as they arise

Inventory and Accuracy Management

• Conduct weekly inventory scans (devices)
• Perform cycle counts in line with scheduled ABC analysis
• Investigate discrepancies both onsite and in warehouses
• Manage physical and systematic Return to Stock (RTS) processes
• Includes RTS rack transactions and post-project unused material returns

Candidates will be required to go through background checks before commencing contract.

Must be eligible to live and work in the specified work location . Some occasional travel maybe required. Only successful candidates will be contacted.
