We are looking for a Product Maker with product management experience, combining strong product thinking and a development-oriented background to build AI Agents and automation workflows hands-on, translating real business needs into working solutions.

What will your job look like?

Be part of a dynamic, focused team shaping and leading the adoption of AI-based ways of working across the organization.

• Work closely with internal teams to understand real challenges, map workflows, and identify where AI can create meaningful efficiency.
• Translate internal needs into clear user flows and solution designs for AI Agents and automation workflows.
• Design and prototype solutions yourself, acting as a Product Maker who builds working AI Agents and workflows hands-on.
• Own internal AI solutions end-to-end: from discovery and experimentation through rollout, adoption, and continuous improvement.
• Drive impact by training users, supporting adoption, and measuring results through clear KPIs and pre/post analysis.
  
  

• At least 3 years of experience in Product Management, including delivering products or solutions in global environments, across large organizations and startups
• Strong product thinking combined with a solid technical background
• Experience mapping processes and designing efficient end to end workflows, from problem definition to working solution
• Hands on experience with AI tools, LLMs, and workflow or automation platforms (for example n8n, Zapier, Make, OpenAI, Anthropic, MS365 stack or equivalent)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, Flowise)
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to align, influence, and drive adoption across diverse stakeholders
• Comfortable working in dynamic, ambiguous, and highly matrixed environments, adapting quickly to change
• BA or BS in Computer Science or a related field, MBA optional
