21191 - Experienced autonomous QA team leader

Job description:

We are looking for an experienced autonomous QA team leader for an exciting and challenging position!

This is a full-time position, on-site, in Rosh HaAyin.

The job requires fieldwork in different locations around the country.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the testing team.
• Design, implement, and maintain testing processes across multiple systems.
• Perform integration, functional, regression, and other types of testing.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and track issues and defects within integrated systems.
• Work closely with development and DevOps teams to optimize processes.
• Optimize testing for integration while maintaining quality and efficiency.
• Train and professionally manage team members.
• Generate detailed reports on test results and integration outcomes, with suggestions for improvement.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience in integration testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role - must

• Experience with integration testing of complex, multi-system environments - must

• Proficiency in modern development technologies and programming/scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript) - advantage

• Experience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, ALM)

• Knowledge and experience with Agile development methodologies

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and maintain high-quality standards

• High level of English writing and reading

• Technical abilities: Investigative and questioning ability, Ability to think outside the box

• Personal abilities: Proactivity ⁠Independence, ⁠Self discipline, Ability to investigate

• Experience working with microservices - major advantage

• Experience in the drone or autonomous vehicles field – major advantage

• Experience working with mobax - Advantage

• Knowledge of writing and reading scripts - Advantage

• Experience working within a Linux environment and good system understanding - Advantage

• Ability to multitask and work under immense pressure - Advantage

• Knowledge and experience in Command and control systems - Advantage

• Computer Science graduate or related technology unit graduate - Advantage
