Business Analyst

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Business Analyst to join our team and help us turn data into product decisions, user insights, and growth opportunities.

What you’ll do

• Build and own KPIs and dashboards for our mobile product, including user behaviour and content performance
• Generate actionable insights to support product features, segmentation, and future roadmap decisions
• Work closely with the content team to uncover trends and optimize performance
• Create and maintain automated dashboards and reports based on key business and user metrics
• Translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience in an analytical role (preferably in mobile / B2C / gaming environments)
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large, complex datasets
• Advanced Excel skills
• Strong analytical mindset with a structured, data-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills - ability to turn data into clear insights and business impact
• High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment

Nice to have

• Experience with Tableau, Vertica, or similar BI tools
• Experience with statistical tools (R, SAS, or similar)
• Experience analyzing user behavior in mobile or gaming products
