Intro:
Join Mobile Group and help shape the design foundation of cutting-edge tech products. We’re looking for a creative and systematic designer to build and scale our design systems, ensuring consistency and great user experiences across our platforms.
The Role:
You’ll be at the center of our design practice. Creating, managing, and evolving design systems for complex, data-rich products. This is more than designing components, it’s about defining the design language that helps our teams build better, faster, and in harmony.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain scalable design systems for multiple product lines.
- Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure consistency and usability.
- Create flexible, accessible UI components for dashboards, data tables, and workflows.
- Document design standards and contribute to our design culture.
What We’re Looking For:
- ~3 years of UX/UI design experience, with some exposure to building or using design systems.
- Strong skills in Figma (components, libraries, prototyping).
- Experience designing complex web applications (SaaS, dashboards, data tools).
- A systematic thinker who cares about the details and the big picture.
- Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Nice to have: familiarity with Penpot, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, experience in monitoring/ control systems.
