We are looking for a senior Sales Hunter to drive new enterprise logo acquisition across the European market, selling AI, data engineering, analytics, and GenAI-led transformation services. This role is focused on building pipeline from scratch, penetrating strategic accounts, and closing high-value, multimillion-euro services deals.
What You’ll Do
- Win net-new enterprise logos across Europe.
- Build and execute account-based strategies targeting CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, and AI leaders.
- Own the full sales cycle- from prospecting and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Consistently close €2M+ deals in AI, data, cloud, or digital transformation services.
- Position GenAI, data engineering, automation, and analytics solutions with clear business value and ROI.
- Partner with solution and delivery teams to craft compelling, outcome-driven proposals.
What You Bring
- Enterprise technology or AI services sales experience, focused on new logo acquisition.
- 5+ years experience- advantage
- Strong track record of exceeding quota in complex European enterprise environments.
- Experience selling data engineering, analytics, data science, automation, or AI services.
- Executive presence and the ability to navigate multi-country procurement and compliance requirements (GDPR, EU AI Act).
- Established enterprise network across UK, DACH, Nordics, Benelux, France, or Southern Europe- advantage.
