The RMA Specialistis responsible for advanced troubleshooting, testing, and repair of returned high‑reliability electronic products. The role includes performing failure analysis, supporting root‑cause investigations, generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostics, testing, and component‑level repair of returned units per work instructions and quality standards.
• Prepare failure analysis reports for internal and customer use.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Production to resolve recurring issues and improve processes.
• Lead and train RMA technicians and monitor team performance/metrics.
• Ensure on‑time repair schedules and maintain accurate, audit‑ready documentation.
  
  

• 4+ years’ experience in troubleshooting/repair in production or engineering environments.
• Associate degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong diagnostic skills, organizational abilities, and leadership capabilities.
• Experience with RMA processes – advantage.
• Proficiency with MS Office and reporting tools.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
