Cyabra is seeking a mission-driven, strategic, and highly motivated VP Marketing to own Cyabra’s authority & trust strategy and lead our external narrative discipline as we transition into the NASDAQ era.
This role reports directly to the CEO and partners with executive leadership on narrative governance and public-market communications.
This is not a traditional demand-generation role. Cyabra is not built to “run paid campaigns”. We are built to shape, bring clarity and lead this industry through education and with authority.
You will partner closely with executive leadership on public-market narrative governance, work with internal analysts and manage the marketing team to translate investigations into publishable authority, and ensure disciplined execution across an extensive range of marketing channels as well as for investor audiences.
This role is ideal for a comms-native marketing leader who has developed commercial accountability, understands AI-era discoverability (GEO/LLM dynamics), and can operate with judgment under public-company scrutiny and small-cap volatility.

Key responsibilities
- Own narrative authority & guardrails
Define and enforce Cyabra’s narrative: tone discipline, framing principles, and red lines across crucial domains.
- Public-market interpretation discipline
Partner with executive leadership to maintain interpretation stability during important events, ensuring communications are disclosure-safe and institution-grade.
- Translate research into external authority
Work closely with research and subject-matter experts to convert investigations into credible external artifacts (briefs, talking points, press angles, evidence packages).
- Executive voice & thought leadership
Architect and refine executive communications for credibility (not virality), including press positioning, quotes, and selective reaction moments.
- AI discoverability & GEO governance
Own the AI answer-accuracy loop; diagnose and correct mischaracterization across LLMs and search through credible, indexable surfaces.
- Category posture & analyst framing
Shape Cyabra’s category posture (trust infrastructure / legitimacy layer) and guide analyst and market framing.
- Sales & authority enablement
Partner with Sales leadership to develop high-integrity authority assets that reduce buyer uncertainty, support pricing power, and accelerate high-stakes enterprise and public-sector decisions.
Requirements
- +10 years of marketing experience across communications and narrative leadership (B2B / B2G preferred).
- Demonstrated success building authority programs that influence deals (earned media, analyst positioning, executive voice, research-backed credibility).
- Fluency in AI-era discoverability: GEO / LLM dynamics, entity framing, citations, and diagnosing incorrect AI answers (no coding required).
- Strong editorial judgment and writing skills; able to strip hype and maintain calm, institutional tone.
- Comfort operating in lean, high-tempo environments and making judgment calls with imperfect information.
- Highly communicative, collaborative, and trusted partner to executive leadership.
