We’re looking for a B2B Account Executive to run a sharp, fast sales process with tech companies across Israel.

Cover is a fast-growing insurtech startup that leverages AI to make pensions and insurance accessible, personal, and easy — for individuals and for businesses.

What you’ll do:

Lead high-impact sales conversations that clearly communicate Cover’s value
Manage the full sales flow: discovery, demo, objections, and closing
Keep a clean, predictable pipeline with smart follow-ups
Build new opportunities through targeted outbound efforts
Work with the team to refine messaging and improve overall effectiveness

What we’re looking for:

Hands-on experience in B2B sales or BDR/SDR roles (seniority flexible)
Strong communication skills and confidence leading business discussions
Comfortable generating pipeline through focused outbound
Bonus: familiarity with the Israeli tech ecosystem, especially HR/Finance buyers
High drive, strong execution, and a desire to grow quickly
