We’re looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead our Israel operations and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our growth.
What You’ll Lead
- Oversee core functions: Valuation, Trust & Operations, Customer Service, and Broker-Dealer.
- Lead the local management team and align strategy, people, and execution.
- Drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and business performance.
- Build scalable processes, KPIs, and a data-driven, high-ownership culture.
- Develop managers and strengthen leadership across the organization.
What You Bring
- Senior leadership experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution.
- People-first mindset — a leader who develops others, not just manages tasks.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional alignment skills.
Advantage:
Experience working closely with law firms, trustees, compliance teams, or legal-heavy environments (e.g., CFO services, fund administration, equity/ESOP operations).
