As part of the Customer Success and Onboarding team, you will help us create effective relationships with companies to allow us to better service our customers and deliver long term value.

You must be able to identify customer risks and needs and pursue solutions to ensure customer success.

The position is for Hebrew speakers working in Israel who are available to work remotely from home.

The job is also suitable for independents and freelancers.

What You'll Do Here

Assist companies through demos, onboarding, continuing customer success, and long term relationships.

Be the first point of contact for new customers, and be responsible for successful Onboarding.

Establish a trusted advisor relationship with customers.

Ensure ongoing adoption of features and support of customers.

We'd Love To Hear From You If

You have +3 years experience in B2B Marketing Sales, Customer Success, and Account Management.

You have experience running onboarding and implementation activities.

You listen to customers, understand their challenges, develop relationships with them, and deliver solutions that remove their obstacles

You demonstrate patience and enthusiasm for explaining complex concepts to a diverse audience.

You are Hebrew speaker working in Israel market

You are available to work remotely from home
