Experienced in high-scale recruitment? Comfortable owning end-to-end hiring processes and collaborating with global hiring managers?

This role offers full-cycle recruiting for software, hardware, and R&D positions in a fast-moving, global tech environment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in tech recruitment

• Proven track record managing multiple hiring processes at scale

• Strong sourcing capabilities

• Background in global companies or complex R&D recruitment

• Fluent English

Sourcing Specialist

Are you a Boolean wizard with a passion for deep tech sourcing? This role is for you.

Take the lead on strategic sourcing for software and hardware roles, perform market research, build high-quality pipelines, and collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in tech sourcing (Hardware or Software) – must

• Strong command of advanced sourcing tools and LinkedIn Recruiter

• High-level English proficiency

• Experience in global environments – an advantage
