A leading company representing international biotech manufacturers is seeking a Sales & Business Development Manager to lead complex sales processes with biotech clients and drive business development with global suppliers and partners.

This is a field position, involving regular interaction with clients and partners in the biotech sector.

Responsibilities:

Manage and execute complex sales processes with biotech clients in Israel.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with international manufacturers.
Represent leading global biotech companies in the local market.
Build long-term relationships and provide strategic commercial support.
Conduct on-site meetings, client visits, and field activities as part of the sales process.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Biotechnology or Life Sciences – mandatory.
At least 5 years of experience in the biotech industry – preferably in bioprocess environments
Proven experience in sales and/or business development within the biotech field – mandatory.
Excellent English – written and spoken.
Strong interpersonal and presentation skills; ability to work independently in the field.
