Senior Project Manager - Finance

A leading financial organization is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead strategic technological projects in the areas of finance and workforce management systems.

This is a key, end-to-end role, from initiation, requirements gathering, and analysis to system implementation and ongoing maintenance.

The position involves managing budgets, schedules, and risks, while working closely with various departments, from financial divisions to IT and development teams.

Responsibilities:

• Lead cross-organizational technology projects in the finance and workforce management domains.
• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation, specification, and development to implementation and post-launch support.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, and risks, ensuring alignment with business and technological goals.
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate effectively between business units, IT, and development teams.
• Collaborate with external vendors and monitor project performance through operational KPIs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to financial industry standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field - mandatory.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex technological projects in the financial, investment, or credit sectors - mandatory.
• Proven experience working with investment management systems such as Danel, Bloomberg, SNIR-DYCE or other relevant financial platforms - a strong advantage
• Familiarity with financial regulations (IFRS, Solvency, Capital Market Authority requirements).
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage schedules, and lead cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage both internal and external stakeholders.
