Quality Assurance Specialist

A leading company in the [Food/Pharma/Industrial] sector is seeking a QA Specialist to join the quality team. The role involves close work with production, packaging, storage, and logistics teams to ensure compliance with international standards and deliver safe, high-quality products to our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform real-time quality control on production, packaging, and storage floors
• Identify and report deviations, initiate corrective actions (with Production/Maintenance/Packaging)
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and international standards (GMP, ISO, HACCP, FDA)
• Operate portable measuring equipment and perform basic physical/chemical tests
• Document findings in company systems, issue reports, and track CAPA implementation
• Support training of production and packaging staff to improve quality awareness
• Monitor hygiene, sanitation, and safety requirements on the shop floor
• Collaborate daily with operators, shift managers, warehouse, maintenance, and engineers

Requirements:

• Practical Engineer in Chemistry / Biotechnology or relevant field – mandatory
• Previous QA experience in a manufacturing environment – mandatory
• 3+ years in a similar role in Food/Pharma industry – mandatory
• Experience preparing and analyzing reports, identifying trends
• Strong decision-making, accuracy, and ability to work under pressure
• Computer proficiency (Office, ERP systems – mandatory)
• Very good English – reading and writing
• Availability for overtime and occasional weekend shifts
