About the Role
Systematics’ IT team is looking for a motivated Support & Infrastructure Administrator to join our team. This position combines hands-on support for both internal employees and external customers with responsibility for maintaining and operating the organization’s IT systems—both on-site and in the cloud. The team ensures smooth and secure operations in Microsoft environments and manages Cisco-based security systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support for Customers: Handle software installations and licensing for desktops, troubleshoot via remote access, and provide phone support.
- Helpdesk Support for Employees: Resolve hardware and software issues in Windows environments, manage permissions, handle end-user devices, and work with ticketing systems to meet SLAs.
- Infrastructure Management: Maintain and administer Windows Server, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 environments, both on-premises and in the cloud.
- Cloud Operations: Manage Azure servers and resources, including permissions, monitoring, and backups.
- Networking & Security: Work with routers, switches, and Cisco security products.
- Collaboration & Process Improvement: Partner with cross-functional teams and take initiative in driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years in a similar role, preferably with end-user support background.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and PC troubleshooting for hardware/software installations and repairs.
- Servers & User Management: Hands-on experience with Windows Server administration and Active Directory management.
- Cloud Expertise: Familiarity with Azure environments, including deployment of infrastructure and services.
- Networking: Knowledge of switches, routers, and related communication systems.
- Languages: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
- Personal Skills: Analytical mindset, proactive approach, team player with strong customer orientation.
- Certifications: Microsoft certifications (Windows Server, Azure Administrator) are a strong advantage.
