We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join a small, focused finance team.

This role reports to the Finance Manager and operates under the guidance of the CFO.

Key Responsibilities:

Full-cycle bookkeeping, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of all company financial transactions.
Managing suppliers and processing payments.
Bank reconciliations and credit card management.
Analytical review of invoices and payments.
Maintaining financial documentation and records.
Optional: payroll processing.
Preparing reports and insights to support the finance team.

Requirements:

Proven experience with Priority ERP is essential. Experience with NetSuite is a strong advantage.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
High level of English communication skills (both written and spoken).
Accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion.
