📣 Product Designer (3+ Years) - iCount

iCount is hiring a Product Designer to help us craft clean, intuitive experiences - and free our users to focus on their business, not their software.

From invoices and payments to inventory, CRM, and taxes - we simplify complexity and build tools that keep operations smooth and out of the way. Design is at the heart of how we do that.

🧠 What You’ll Be Doing

• - Own the full design process - from discovery to dev-ready specs
• - Design user-centered experiences across core product areas
• - Work closely with product and dev in a fast-paced team
• - Contribute to and evolve our design system

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products, ideally SaaS
• A strong portfolio that shows your ability to turn complex problems into clean, usable designs
• Skilled in Figma and comfortable with collaboration tools like FigJam, Notion, etc.
• Clear communicator who’s great at balancing autonomy and collaboration
• Bonus: You’ve run a business or side hustle and get our users’ mindset
