Our main Engineering challenges at Teads

• Build efficient and easy-to-use web products used by thousands of users working for the world’s most premium publishers, advertisers, and agencies.
• Rich and diverse tech stack and system architecture to optimize for performance, scalability, resiliency, and cost efficiency. We use mostly Scala and TypeScript, among others.
• Working in a very high-traffic environment (2.2 billion users per month, 100 billion events per day) with low latency and high availability constraints (2 million requests per second, responses in less than 150 milliseconds).
• Management of large datasets with milliseconds order of magnitude access time, to compute in a near real-time complex auction resolution algorithm (18 million predictions per second).
• A fast-changing environment where we continuously collaborate with Product teams and constantly adapt our Cloud infrastructure for new features and Products.
• Bring a wide diversity of profiles to the same level of quality and knowledge
• Work in an international environment with offices located in Israel, Slovenia and France.

What will you do?

Shape the Future of Digital Advertising Creativity

At Teads, we empower world-renowned luxury and quality brands to tell their stories through stunning digital advertising.

Our Ad Experience team builds the core tool, Teads Studio, that enables our internal designers to bring these campaigns to life.

In this role, you won't just be writing code; you'll be directly empowering creativity and innovation. You'll modernize a key application, tackle technical debt, and build features that help designers create higher-quality work with less effort.

• Collaborate with a diverse, international team (split between Slovenia and Israel) to design, build, and ship features for our WYSIWYG creative tool, Teads Studio.
• Modernize our application stack (Angular frontend, Node.js backend), improving performance, architecture, and developer experience.
• Champion quality by writing meaningful tests and establishing best practices in a codebase that's eager for them.
• Work in an Agile environment where your ideas are valued, and your impact is visible.
• Connect with your team through regular video calls and virtual socials to build a strong, supportive community.

What will you bring to the team?

• At least 4 years of experience in frontend development.
• Valuable production experience with Angular.
• A love for collaboration and excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
• A mindset for quality and an interest in building robust software through testing and sound architecture.
• A positive approach to problem-solving and a desire to learn and grow.

Bonus points for

• Experience in AdTech (especially VAST standards).
• Previous work on WYSIWYG or other interactive web applications.
• Backend experience, particularly with Node.js or Scala.
• Experience with React and its ecosystem.
