The role-

• Lead the development and maintenance of frontend infrastructure tools and systems
• Improve productivity, scalability, and performance for development and research teams
• Design and implement architecture and design systems
• Develop using JavaScript/TypeScript and React

Requirements-

• 4 years of hands-on frontend or full-stack engineering experience with an emphasis on infrastructure, tooling, or performance
• Deep expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and modern frameworks like React (or Vue/Svelte)
• Experience building and maintaining developer-facing tools and systems
• Proficiency with modern bundlers and build systems (e.g., Vite, Webpack, Rollup, Babel)
• Familiarity with systems-level concerns such as CI/CD workflows
• Strong sense of code quality and engineering excellence, with a commitment to testing and documentation
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset
