About the role:
We are looking for a hands-on and proactive Junior IT Support professional to join our Ramat Gan office on a temporary basis through December 2025. This role focuses on providing day-to-day technical support to employees, managing access and tools, and ensuring smooth IT operations in coordination with global teams. You will take ownership of support issues locally while working alongside global IT and Operations to uphold company standards and processes.

Location: On-Site, IL - Ramat Gan
Employment: Temporary Employment Agreement – Until December 2025
What will you do?
- Provide on-site IT support to employees in the Tel Aviv office, including troubleshooting issues related to software, access, and systems.
- Ensure timely triage, resolution, or escalation of support tickets and requests.
- Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including account setup and access provisioning.
- Monitor internal support queues and ensure unassigned issues are routed and addressed.
- Act as the primary point of contact for local IT support, collaborating with global teams when needed.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining local IT processes and documentation related to support activities.
Required qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in IT support or a related operational role.
- Solid troubleshooting experience in both macOS and Windows environments.
- Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership.
- Ability to work independently and follow through on tasks without close supervision.
- Familiarity with internal IT tools (e.g., helpdesk systems, user account management, access control).
- Familiarity with cloud operations (e.g., basic support in AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Basic scripting or automation experience is a plus.
- Willingness to grow into broader IT operations or tooling responsibilities.
