We are seeking a Project Manager on behalf of the IT department to lead the implementation of a QMS (Quality Management System).

The role involves end-to-end management of the implementation process, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals, and overseeing all activities until successful go-live.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end project management of QMS system implementation.
• Coordination between IT, Quality, and Regulatory teams.
• Management of external vendor.
• Project planning, task tracking, and scope management.
• Oversight of validation stages.
• Daily issue resolution and removing obstacles.
• Ongoing reporting to relevant stakeholders within the organization.
  
  

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT/Information Systems project management – mandatory.
• Proven experience in enterprise system implementation – mandatory.
• Hands-on experience with QMS or other quality/regulatory systems – strong advantage.
• Experience managing vendors and working across multiple interfaces.
• Excellent English (reading, writing, speaking) – mandatory.
• Relevant academic degree – mandatory.
• Ability to independently manage complex projects
• Strong coordination, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence stakeholders
• Practical mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities
• High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
