Nirlat, a leading company in the Israeli paint and coatings industry, is seeking a Civil Engineer to join and lead the recovery and reconstruction project of our Nir Oz plant.

This is a high-impact, hands-on position that involves full-cycle responsibility for managing and executing a large-scale industrial construction project. The engineer will oversee project scheduling, procurement of construction materials, real-time problem-solving on site, and continuous monitoring to ensure safe, timely, and cost-effective execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project timelines
• Oversee procurement of construction materials and supplies
• Respond to on-site construction challenges and provide effective solutions
• Monitor ongoing work to ensure safety, quality, and compliance with budget constraints
• Lead planning and management of the plant’s demolition and reconstruction

Requirements:

• Certified Civil Engineer with a background in construction or structural engineering
• Strong knowledge of concrete and steel structures
• Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage complex projects under pressure
• At least 4–5 years of hands-on experience as a Site Engineer or Execution Engineer
• Certification from the Ministry of Labor and experience supervising construction work – a significant advantage
• Experience in mechanical systems and structural frameworks
• Demonstrated ability to plan and execute large-scale construction projects
• High level of responsibility, independence, and problem-solving orientation
