🚀 Digital Growth Manager — B2B | U.S. Market | ABM 🚀

We’re scaling fast in the U.S. and need a senior marketer who can turn bold ideas into measurable pipeline.

Location: Tel Aviv (full-time/ on site) · Hours: Work U.S. business hours (approx. 11 a.m.–19 p.m. IL time)

• Build & execute the full-funnel growth strategy for U.S. accounts
• Accountable for entire lead pipeline, qualification and nurturing.
• Run ABM programs (1:1, 1:few) with LinkedIn, Google Ads, email, webinars & intent data
• Craft creative + copy, launch experiments, and optimize CAC & conversion rates
• Track CPL, SQL, and revenue in a real-time dashboard; present insights weekly
• Partner with Sales, Product, and Content to keep messaging tight and leads flowing
  

• 4–6 yrs proven B2B growth experience targeting U.S. decision-makers
• End-to-end marketing ownership (strategy, tooling, execution)
• Native-level English for flawless copy & client comms
• Hands-on with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, HubSpot/Marketo, Salesforce
• Analytical, creative, and relentlessly goal-oriented
