We are seeking a talented and experienced Software Architect

To be a part of an exciting and new project with a leading organization.

Overall, as a Hands-On Software Architect, you will provide strategic and technical leadership across multiple development teams, guiding architecture decisions, promoting engineering excellence, and driving innovation in cloud-based, scalable systems.

You will:

· Lead the design and implementation of POCs for cutting-edge technologies and architectural solutions

· Provide mentorship and hands-on support to developers in choosing the right tools and designing robust, secure, and scalable systems

· Collaborate with XP (eXtreme Programming) teams to promote clean architecture, design patterns, and development best practices

· Assess and improve existing systems to enhance performance, maintainability, and scalability

· Stay up to date with emerging technologies and drive adoption where it aligns with product goals

· Promote DevOps culture, enabling CI/CD pipelines and faster delivery cycles

· Own architectural vision and work cross-functionally to align technical direction with product strategy

Requirements:

· BS degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· 10+ years of industry experience in building distributed, microservices oriented, scalable, enterprise level products or components.

· Experience building micro-services-based architecture.

· Experience as an architect.

· Experience in designing and deploying cloud/hybrid-based solutions (Preferably Azure).

· Experience with Big Data AI/ML development – an advantage.

· Ability to analyze business requirements and design scalable, high performing, testable solutions.

· Hands-On experience the following subjects: Kubernetes, Java, Spring, Kotlin, React, Kafka, DevOps tools.

· Experience with formulating and working with Agile methodologies.

· Experience with Automated test development on all levels, including TDD.

· Strong knowledge of design patterns, clean code, and different software architecture patterns.

· Experience in formulating best practices, development methodologies, and development lifecycles.

· Excellent presentation, interaction, and communication skills along with the ability to collaborate effectively across functional organizations.

· Self-starter with the ability to appropriately priorities and plan complex work in a rapidly changing environment.

· Team player

· Strong critical thinker with problem solving aptitude.

· Good English - verbal and written.
