We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to take full ownership of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal. This isn’t a support role. It’s about building real relationships, driving product adoption, identifying risks and opportunities, and making sure our customers get continuous value from Umbrella.

You’ll play a central role in driving both department and company success. This position is core to Umbrella’s mission.

What you’ll be doing

• Own and manage the full post-sale customer journey
• Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts
• Proactively engage with customers to ensure adoption, usage, and satisfaction
• Monitor customer health and usage metrics to identify risks and growth opportunities
• Coordinate onboarding, QBRs, and ongoing engagement plans
• Work closely with Sales, Product, R&D, and Support to deliver a seamless experience
• Drive successful renewals and identify expansion opportunities
  
  

• Over 2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Support roles within SaaS, with a focus on financial operations (FinOps) platforms or cost optimization tools
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills in Hebrew and English
• Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and R&D
• Familiarity with cloud, SaaS, or FinOps concepts
• Hands-on and tech-savvy, with a strong ability to quickly learn and adapt to new SaaS tools and FinOps platforms
• Organized, proactive, and able to prioritize in a fast-moving environment
