We’ve built powerful infrastructure to collect and normalize on-chain and off-chain financial data, reconcile it into ERPs, and deliver insights that drive smarter decisions.

As we scale, we’re hiring a Product Manager to join the team and focus on delivery and optimization—ensuring features ship on time, are tracked post-launch, and evolve based on user behavior and data.

What You’ll Do

• Drive feature delivery across the product lifecycle: from spec to release to iteration
• Own the post-release feedback loop: monitor adoption, success metrics, and usability friction
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and QA to ensure projects launch with quality and clarity
• Dive into Mixpanel, product metrics, and user session recordings to uncover insights
• Identify product gaps, feature enhancements, and small optimizations that unlock big value
• Work closely with the Director of Product to refine product strategy through execution insights
• Maintain a sharp eye on user workflows across the platform to ensure fluidity and retention

What We’re Looking For

• 2–4 years of product management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
• Track record of successfully delivering features with cross-functional teams
• Fluent in working with product analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Hotjar, FullStory)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable communicating with other teams from across the world, running QA, and making calls to unblock teams
• Data-driven and user-obsessed—you enjoy digging into usage patterns to uncover value
• Getting things done mindset!



Nice to Have

• Experience in blockchain, crypto, or financial infrastructure
• Technical background or fluency with APIs, data structures, or basic SQL
