Responsibilities:

Managing and analyzing data to support marketing and sales decisions.
Developing and maintaining reporting systems for the operations center.
Working with CM systems to enhance customer experience.
Performing complex analyses in SQL.
Using ETL tools such as DataStage and Talend.
Collaborating with development and IT teams.

Requirements:

2–3 years of experience in data analysis or information systems.
Familiarity with data and CM processes.
Proficiency in SQL, including complex queries and procedures.
Experience with ETL tools, preferably DataStage and Talend.
Understanding of marketing and sales processes.
Teamwork skills and excellent communication.
Experience as a Product Owner – an advantage.
Relevant Bachelor's degree.
