CRM Product Manager
We’re looking for a driven, hands-on CRM Product Manager with 2-3 years of experience to join our growing team. You’ll help shape and evolve our proprietary CRM platform, a core product deployed across five international client locations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to step beyond junior-level work and take real ownership in a fast-moving, high-impact environment. About the Role You’ll work closely with stakeholders, designers, and engineers to enhance the functionality, usability, and scalability of our CRM. You'll play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions and ensuring that our CRM supports operational success across regions and customers.
Requirements
Must-Have Experience & Skills
• 2-3 years of hands-on Product Management experience in a tech-driven environment.
• Prior experience in gaming, gambling, trading, or fintech industries - MUST.
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems particularly in internal product design, development, or optimization.
• Proficient with Figma for reviewing and contributing to user experience design.
• Deep understanding of Agile methodologies, comfortable working in Scrum or Kanban setups.
• Skilled in Jira, experienced in managing sprints, tracking issues, and maintaining product roadmaps.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams. Day-to-Day Responsibilities
• Gather and refine product requirements from internal stakeholders across marketing, operations, support, and tech teams.
• Maintain and prioritize the product backlog writing clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and design teams to deliver features using Agile Scrum or Kanban.
• Use Figma to review and iterate on UX flows, wireframes, and interface components.
• Participate in sprint planning, standups, demos, and retrospectives to ensure consistent delivery and alignment.
• Monitor and evaluate CRM performance across client deployments, identifying areas for enhancement.
• Balance feature development with long-term scalability and product integrity.
• Support product rollouts, internal onboarding, and documentation. • Stay informed on CRM best practices and trends in gaming, fintech, and related industries.
Bonus Points (Nice to Have)
• Experience working with multi-tenant CRM platforms or B2B/B2B2C product setups.
• Familiarity with customer lifecycle tools, segmentation, or automated engagement workflows.
• Background in data-driven decision-making and basic analytics or reporting tools.
• Understanding of the unique compliance and regulatory needs of fintech, trading, or gambling products
