Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to lead the development of AI-powered features that enhance brand consistency across digital assets. This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our product suite to deliver personalized, scalable, and impactful user experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Product Vision & Execution: Define and drive the roadmap for user-centric capabilities.
• AI Integration: Embed AI capabilities that enhance the personalization and efficiency of our user's experiences.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and BI teams to deliver initiatives that generate measurable business outcomes.
• User-Centric Development: Leverage user research and data analysis to guide product decisions and ensure our solutions meet real customer needs.
• Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of new features, continuously iterating to improve product performance.
• Market Awareness: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to keep our strategy relevant and innovative.

Who You Are

• Experience: 5+ years in product management within SaaS environments.
• Technical Acumen: Solid technical orientation, enabling effective collaboration with engineering teams.
• Analytical Skills: Strong ability to synthesize user research and quantitative data into actionable insights.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly across diverse audiences.
• User Experience Leadership: Proven ability to drive the creation of state-of-the-art user experiences through close collaboration with design teams and by integrating feedback from real users.
