At Nilos, we’re transforming how businesses move money across borders using stablecoins — building infrastructure that connects Europe, Africa, and Latin America. We work with leading fintechs and global payment providers who rely on us for fast, secure, and compliant cross-border flows.

Now, as we continue to scale, we are looking for a leader to become our first Operation Manager and will shape our compliance strategy and operations for the coming years.

The Role

As our first Operation Manager, you’ll be the responsible for structuring and improving processes at Nilos. You'll start with a blank slate and work with all the teams in the company from sales, to tech, finance, compliance and support and help them make their job more efficient.

This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of global payment at a fast-moving startup.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

Support Ops

• Improve the end-to-end customer onboarding experience from KYC to technical integration
• Design processes for customer requests and queries, managing priority and escalations

Payment Ops

• Design and implement scalable processes for payment approvals, liquidity management and failure fallbacks
• Optimize data-sharing workflows with our multiple banking partners

Revenue/Sales Ops

• Define and track product and revenue KPIs
• Automate sales operations from lead qualification to contract signature
• Streamline invoice processes and revenue collection

🔥 What You Bring

Required Skills & Experience

• 3+ years experience working in operations in a startup environment;
• Great analytics skills
• Hands-on experience with automation tools like zapier or n8n
• Fluent English skills – both written and verbal

• Experience working in fintech
• Basic coding skills
