Senior Product Manager Must Have Defense Industry Background

A strategic and high-impact opportunity in the defense sector.

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead the definition and execution of advanced naval defense products – from concept through development to operational deployment.

• Responsibilities:Define and own the company's naval product lines and roadmap
• Gather and translate operational needs into detailed PRD/MRD documents
• Collaborate with defense customers in Israel and abroad
• Lead product lifecycle from ideation to field implementation
• Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking
• Present product vision and technical concepts to internal and external stakeholders
• Work closely with R&D, engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams

Must-Have (Critical) Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5 years of product management experience, including 3+ in defense/naval systems

✅ Hands-on work with defense clients (IDF, MoD, or defense industries)

✅ Deep familiarity with naval technologies – navigation, C2, communications, sensors, self-defense systems

✅ Proven experience in writing PRDs/MRDs and building product roadmaps

✅ Engineering degree – strong advantage

✅ Relevant military background (e.g., Israeli Navy) – strong advantage

✅ Full professional proficiency in Hebrew and English
