What will your role include?
- Creating optimal supply plans across varying time horizons, based on demand forecasts and aligned with supply capabilities (short, medium, and long term)
- Managing material inventory
- Identifying and handling supply scenarios, leading conflict resolution and decision-making processes
- Leading S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) routines and processes
- Identifying and initiating opportunities for continuous improvement
- Playing a key role in managing cross-functional collaboration with all relevant stakeholders
What do you need to bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management or Economics
- At least 2 years of experience in supply planning or a similar role in supply chain / sales operations / project management
- Exposure to operational, marketing, and sales environments, with an understanding of how supply chain decisions impact these areas
- Familiarity with ERP systems and advanced planning tools
