We are looking for a highly motivated Product Manager to drive strategic initiatives, innovate product enhancements, and uphold industry-leading data standards.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the strategy and execution of a core internal product powering the intelligence of LSports systems.
• Define product goals, roadmap, and success metrics in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Serve as a go-to expert on product capabilities and status communicating updates clearly across teams.
• Write clear product requirements and user stories and work closely with engineering on sprint planning and execution.
• Analyze data to guide prioritization, measure impact, and iterate on product features.
• Understand how internal users interact with the platform, gather feedback, and translate needs into product improvements.
• Regularly present product status and outcomes to internal stakeholders, including leadership.
  
  

• 3+ years in product management experience, preferably with data-focused products.
• Proven ability to own and deliver complex products end-to-end.
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and how they apply to product use cases.
• Strong data orientation, comfortable working with metrics, querying data, and defining KPIs.
• Familiarity with data pipelines, APIs, and databases.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional teams; adept at articulating complex ideas to varied audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills-able to synthesize complexity into clear narratives.
• Strong collaboration and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Ability to interpret complex data; resourceful in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
