VP Finance

VP Finance for Food Tech company.

Center District.

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on VP Finance to lead all financial aspects of the company and serve as a key member of the management team. The CFO will be responsible for overseeing financial

planning, analysis, reporting, compliance, and operations across our global structure (IL & US), while supporting the company’s growth, strategy, and funding efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead and manage the Finance team.

 Own all financial operations, including accounting, FP&A, tax, payroll (IL & US), and cash

management.

 Oversee cash flow planning, treasury, investments, and banking relationships to ensure liquidity and risk management.

 Lead the monthly and annual closing processes, financial reporting, and preparation of group

financial statements, quarterly reviews, and annual audits.

 Build and monitor budgets, providing analysis and insights to the CEO, board, and department heads.

Requirements:

 BA degree and CPA – A must. MBA – preferred.

 3 years’ experience as VP finance/Finance Director/ Corporate controller in Hi-tech sector

 At least 3 years of managerial experience.

 Hands on, confident and a leader.

 Experience in Priority – preferred.

 Excellent Language English skills – both written and spoken

 IFRS GAAP knowledge – a must
