We’re building the future workforce of AT&T’s Technology organization, while working tightly with domain owners and top management to define what per-role excellence means, leveraging data from development tools to help infer proficiency levels, providing tailored development plans and training & learning material, and harnessing the individuals themselves for their professional and personal development.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and Inspire: Oversee the end-to-end project management of the SkillUP program, from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with program goals and employee development needs.
- Innovate: Harness your startup mentality to introduce fresh, creative approaches to project management, fostering a culture of learning and continuous improvement within the team.
- Collaborate: Work closely with global interfaces in the organization to develop and implement training programs that enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
- Execute: Develop and implement robust project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategize: Be involved in the program roadmap and direction, and help manage the adoption of our solutions within the organization.
- Optimize: Utilize your experience in enterprise solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, and drive continuous improvement within the SkillUP program.
- Communicate: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and opportunities to management.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of project management experience within a large corporate environment.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of workforce development, training methodologies, and learning technologies, particularly those that enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing teams.
- Methodologies: Expertise in Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and in English, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field. PMP or similar certification is a plus.
