System Administrator

COMBLACK is hiring a System Administrator!

We're looking for a skilled and experienced System Administrator to join a large-scale IT environment and take part in managing and maintaining critical organizational systems.

Job Description:

• Manage, operate, and maintain the organization’s IT systems
• Ensure system availability, performance, security, and timely upgrades of existing infrastructure

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in IT system administration within a large organization
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux servers
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, including virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and networking
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, Oracle, and MySQL
• Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools (e.g., INSTANA, Splunk)
• Strong understanding of information security and compliance standards (ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS)
• Proven experience leading technological transformation initiatives in development environments, including DevOps and Agile adoption
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and development process automation
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate at all organizational levels
• High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking
