Menomadin, led by a visionary President who oversees multiple businesses and ventures, operates at the intersection of strategy, execution, and values. We are seeking a highly organized, discreet and reliable Executive Personal Assistant to support the President’s office. In this role, you will work closely with the Personal Manager to ensure every detail of the President’s schedule and logistics runs seamlessly.
This is a high-trust, high-responsibility position designed for someone who takes pride in making things work behind the scenes. As the Executive Personal Assistant, you will play a central role in managing the President’s day-to-day activities - both business and personal. You will coordinate complex calendars, travel arrangements, and logistics; prepare itineraries and briefing materials; and handle sensitive information with discretion and accuracy.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Herzliya Pituach, with an immediate start. It is ideal for someone who is service-oriented, detail-driven, and eager to grow within a professional, high-performing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage the President’s dynamic calendar, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, as well as making real-time adjustments as needed.
· Oversee comprehensive travel logistics, including commercial and private flights, ground transportation, hotel arrangements, and detailed itineraries.
· Prepare daily schedules, agendas, and briefing materials in collaboration with the Personal Manager.
· Support personal administrative needs, such as insurance renewals, document submissions, and scheduling appointments for the President and family as needed.
· Monitor outstanding tasks and ensure timely and effective follow-through.
· Liaise professionally with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders on behalf of the President.
· Handle sensitive personal and business information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
· Act as a reliable operational partner to the Personal Manager, contributing to the seamless execution of executive priorities.
Required Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, personal assistance, or senior-level administrative support.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred (e.g., Business Administration, Communications, or related fields).
• Fluent in Hebrew and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
• High proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word).
• Familiarity with Monday.com or other task/project management platforms.
• Exceptional attention to detail, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Discreet, professional, and emotionally intelligent - able to navigate sensitive situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Highly responsive during business hours, with flexibility for occasional off-hour requests.
