DevOps Engineer - Israel

About The Role

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer with relevant experience (including relevant military technical roles) in DevOps and cloud technologies. In this role, you will work closely with engineers on real-world projects, focusing on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, automation, and system reliability. As part of the Israeli team, you will also have frequent visits to India for on-site collaboration and training, gaining exposure to international projects and teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Work on AWS and other cloud platforms to deploy, manage, and monitor cloud-based infrastructure.
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, and Git.
• Write and maintain scripts and automation (Python, Bash, Go, or other languages) to streamline operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to infrastructure, deployment, and performance.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate directly with clients to understand technical requirements and deliver solutions.
• Follow DevOps best practices for security, monitoring, and high availability.
  
  

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Relevant experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, system administration, or any technical role in the military.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS (preferred) or other cloud providers.
• Good knowledge of Linux-based systems and cloud architecture.
• Experience with Terraform, Kubernetes, Docker, Jenkins, Git, and monitoring tools.
• Coding/scripting experience with Python, Bash, Go, or similar.
• Excellent communication skills (English – verbal and written) for working with international clients.
• AWS certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, DevOps Engineer) (Bonus)
• Experience in fast-paced, customer-driven environments.
