Role Overview:

We’re looking for a passionate Senior Product Manager to own and drive key product initiatives at Bridgewise. You will work closely with engineering, research, design, and business teams to craft products that bring real value to our users — from retail investors to financial institutions. This is a high-impact, hands-on role in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the full product lifecycle: from discovery, definition, and development to launch and iteration.

• Translate business strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories.

• Prioritize features and initiatives using a clear framework balancing user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.

• Work closely with engineering and research teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

• Conduct user research and market analysis to deeply understand customer pain points and industry trends.

• Define, monitor, and analyze KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer success to ensure product-market fit and successful go-to-market strategies.

• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, championing a user-first approach across the company.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or data-driven platforms.

• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and lead without authority.

• Exceptional communication skills — clear, concise, and persuasive.

• Data-driven mindset: you know how to use metrics to guide decisions without losing sight of the big picture.

• Experience working in a fast-paced, startup-like environment.

• Familiarity with capital markets, financial products, or investment analysis — a big plus.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
