The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead strategic growth initiatives across IL MAKIAGE’s core digital funnels - the company’s primary revenue engine. In this high-impact role, you’ll work closely with ODDITY X, our newly acquired AI startup, to embed cutting-edge algorithms and personalization engines directly into the user journey.
You’ll own the end-to-end product process for high-traffic, customer-facing experiences - from ideation to launch and optimization. This role combines long-term strategic thinking with data-driven decision-making and rapid experimentation. If you're passionate about consumer behavior, algorithmic innovation, and high-performance growth funnels - this is your chance to drive measurable impact at scale.
Responsibilities
- Drive experimentation, A/B testing, and algorithmic optimization to improve funnel KPIs.
- Lead the strategy and roadmap for IL MAKIAGE’s most critical DTC funnels.
- Integrate proprietary AI models into live user experiences in collaboration with ODDITY X.
- Translate business goals into clear product initiatives and detailed execution plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, data science, marketing, and operations.
- Define, monitor and measure success of features launched to optimize revenue and conversion
- Push innovation through bold thinking, data, and rapid delivery
Qualifications
- 3-4+ years of product or project management experience in a DTC or consumer-tech environment.
- Highly analytical with a data-first mindset and strong decision-making skills.
- A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, ownership-driven teams.
- Passionate about UX, experimentation, and using tech to solve consumer problems.
- Strong communicator who can align and drive collaboration across teams.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fast learner, adaptive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
