Product Operations Coordinator

BARZILAI Exhibition Experts, a global creative powerhouse, delivering exceptional exhibition stands worldwide, is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, and well-experienced Product Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day

operations across branded giveaways, exhibition logistics, and team processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage branded items for exhibitions and corporate events
• Coordinate pricing, vendor communication, and maintain vendor databases
• Support exhibition production — forms, technical orders, and logistics
• Assist internal teams with schedules, deliverables, and documentation
• Optimize workflows, templates, and admin processes for efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years in operations, coordination, or admin roles (exhibitions a plus)
• Strong skills in Monday.com, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools
• High-level English – written and spoken – is a must
• Detail-oriented, organized, and great with deadlines
• Excellent communication and a team-first attitude
