Engineering and Quality Specialist

Job Description:

Accompany and support existing or new projects from initial stages to serial production.
Assist in the pricing of products and processes.
Provide solutions to malfunctions and problems on production lines; write work, assembly, and testing instructions.
Responsible for the quality of projects, including production line audits and product inspections.
Represent the company's quality department to customers (handling customer complaints and failure investigations).
Manage deviations with internal departments and suppliers.
Drive continuous improvement in all aspects of the projects.
Perform various tasks as part of the company’s quality system (statistical analyses, audits, support for incoming inspections).

Job Requirements:

Mechanical engineer or practical mechanical engineer.
Experience in quality assurance.
Familiarity with ISO 9001 or AS 9100 standards.
High-level English – reading, writing, and speaking.
Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Ability to analyze processes, identify weaknesses and defects, and develop structured processes.
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and orderliness.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with various internal and external stakeholders.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
