As our Full Stack Developer with a backend focus, you'll take a leading role in developing production-grade web applications and APIs, using modern technologies and best practices. While you'll be comfortable working across the stack, your strength and passion lie in designing efficient, high-performing server-side solutions that power user-facing features. You’ll work closely with Product and Design to bring seamless, impactful experiences to life — helping small businesses succeed.

Areas we’ll trust you with::

Being a key partner in our product development from concept to deployment and beyond
Working closely with and incorporating feedback from product managers and other stakeholders in the company
Architecting and building state-of-the-art web applications using a variety of languages and tools
Designing and building distributed systems with automated testing, instrumentation, and monitoring
Developing projects through their entire life cycle

Areas of your knowledge and Expertise::

At least 5 years of experience with developing production-ready web applications
Enthusiastic and embracing AI-powered pair-programming platforms (Cursor, Windsurf, etc..)
Demonstrated ability to lead projects and initiatives with a strategic architecture mindset.
Comfortable tracing issues from code to cloud using standard industry observability tools.
Can turn architecture into clear design documents.
Hands-on with event-driven patterns (RabbitMQ, Kafka, or equivalents).
Ability to plan and build scalable REST APIs and a-sync backend processes
An ability to plan and create pixel-perfect UI according to product & design specs
Well-versed in coding best practices, agile methodologies, CI/CD, testing
Passion for learning and implementing new technologies
Independent, fast learner, creative, great communication skills
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) - a must!
Experience in VueJS, RoR, RabbitMQ – advantage
BSc in computer science / elite army unit graduate - advantage

You build it, you run it: Teams own services end-to-end, including on-call (pager frequency is low and shared).
