What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Managers, fostering a high-performing and collaborative sales environment in a highly competitive, performance-based environment.
- Set clear goals (including Live Partners closures and SMART targets) and ensure team accountability to exceed sales KPIs.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline health, outbound strategy execution, and deal progression.
- Provide creative solutions, strategic support, and escalation management for complex or sensitive partner issues.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and product teams to optimize processes and partner satisfaction.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, mentoring, and training sessions, and ongoing development plans for team members.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor moves to identify new opportunities for growth.
- Be the face of NI at international conferences, panels, and webinars.
Requirements:
- Native-level English proficiency (written and spoken).
- 2+ years of experience managing a sales team, plus 3+ years of experience in individual sales roles.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a passion for team development.
- Proven success in managing sales cycles and achieving revenue targets.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a hands-on approach to client relationship management.
- Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement platforms (e.g., ZoomInfo, Salesforce, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Chorus), as well as AI sales tools.
- Data-driven mindset and the ability to analyze and act on performance metrics.
- Energetic, proactive, and results-oriented.
